1. Fifa 21
Todos los niños sueñan con participar en el FIFA, desde jugar hasta las bandas sonoras épicas. Soñaba con estar en él jugando algún día para el poderoso Nottingham Forest FC pero nunca imaginé que podría dirigir el comercial. Especialmente durante el 2020 desde mi salón.
Every kids dream to be involved in The fifa game. From playing it, to the epic soundtracks or dreaming of being in it one day playing for the mighty Nottingham Forest FC. But never did I think I’d direct the commercial, especially during 2020 sat in my living room in my pants.
2. Wok
Mi novia y yo pensamos que 2020 no era lo suficientemente estresante, así que adoptamos un perro. Su nombre es Wok y salió en «Isle of Dogs» de Wes Anderson.
Me and my girlfriend decided 2020 wasn’t stressful enough, so we adopted a dog. His name is Wok and he featured in Wes Anderson’s Isle of Dogs.
3. Aron Piper
Mi nuevo novio. Tuve el placer de trabajar con Aron en un video para su nuevo proyecto musical. Un día en un campo de golf en julio – Madrid. Todavía sigo colorado ¡Y no, no puedo conseguiros su número de teléfono!
My new boyfriend. I had the pleasure to work with Aron on a video for his new music project, a day on a golf course in July in Madrid. My skin is still red. And no, I can’t get you his phone number.

Viendo que no había nada más que hacer durante los meses confinamiento, aparte de las llamadas de Zoom, empecé a presentar un Podcast de fútbol con mis amigos: Soccerbible. Hasta ahora hemos tenido a Virgil Van Dijk, Frank Lampard, Bruno Fernandes, Ian Wright, Alphonso Davies y Calvert-Lewis, entre otros. Si te aburres y quieres escuchar mis tonos nasales de Nottingham durante horas, ve a escucharlo.
Seeing as though there was nothing else to do during lockdown other than Zoom calls, I started to host a football podcast with my friends, Soccerbible. So far we’ve had Virgil Van Dijk, Frank Lampard, Bruno Fernandes, Ian Wright, Alphonso Davies and Calvert-Lewis to name a few. If you’re bored and want to hear my nasal Nottingham tones for hours on end then go listen.
6. Menorca
El milagro de 2020. Era la primera vez que viajaba este año. Para nosotros, los británicos, Magaluf o Benidorm son los destinos elegidos habitualmente, pero sin duda, Menorca le ha ganado a ambos.
The saving grace of 2020. It was actually my first time visiting this year, normally its either Magaluf or Benidorm for us Brits, but I can safely say Menorca JUST beats them both.
7. Erling Haaland
Mi nuevo futbolista favorito. Un crush y mi chico favorito de todos los tiempos. La nueva esperanza para los futbolistas «punk». También fue mi última sesión de fotos a principios de año con Nike, justo antes del confinamiento.
My new favorite footballer, celebrity crush and all time favorite guy. The new hope for punk footballers, and my last shoot before lockdown earlier in the year with Nike.
8. HINDS Music Videos
He tenido el placer y honor de trabajar muy de cerca junto a las HINDS, especialmente durante este año en torno al lanzamiento de su nuevo álbum «The Prettiest Curse». Uno de los videos musicales fue para el single “Just Like Kids (MIAU)”. Construimos una habitación llena de pelaje azul. También comimos mucha tortilla, así que, para mí, una experiencia 10.
I’ve had the pleasure and honor to work very closely with HINDS, especially this year around the release of their new album “The Prettiest Curse”. One of the music videos was for the track “Just Like Kids (MIAU)” and we built a room full of blue fur. We also ate lots of tortilla so for me, 10/10 shooting experience.

Fui a Los Ángeles en febrero con «Nike Golf» y el número uno del mundo, Brooks Koepka. Fue durante los Oscar. Así que finjo que fui también a los Oscar. Yo no gané…
I went to LA in February with Nike Golf and World Number 1 Brooks Koepka. It was during the Oscars. So I pretend that I went for the oscars. I didn’t win.
10. Larry Pink The Human with Idles – Wasted Days
Mi buena amiga Laurie Vincent (de la banda Slaves) tiene un nuevo proyecto en solitario. Mi última grabación de este año fue un video musical para ella: un cortometraje inspirado en el fallecimiento de alguien muy cercano y querido para ambos. Una forma sana de terminar un año loco y complicado.
My good friend Laurie Vincent from the band Slaves has a new solo project. My last shoot of this year was a music video for him, a short film inspired by the passing of someone very close and dear to us both. A wholesome way to finish a mad fucked up year.
